| 摘 要： | 肿瘤的淋巴道转移是影响患者预后的重要因素之一。由于近年来淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标志物的发现,对淋巴管生成的机制和肿瘤的淋巴转移的研究得到深入。血管内皮生长因子D是近年来发现的淋巴管生成因子之一。研究表明,血管内皮生长因子D可促进肿瘤淋巴管生成和淋巴道转移,抗新生淋巴管治疗有望成为肿瘤生物治疗新模式。 |

| Abstract: | The lymphatic metastasis of tumor is one of the important factors affecting prognosis.Recently,with the discovery of the specific markers of lymphatic endothelial cell,the further research has been made in the mechanism of lymphangiogenesis and the lymphatic metastasis of malignancy.Vascular endothelial growth factor D(VEGF-D)has been found as one of the lymphangiogenic growth factors.Many studies indicated that VEGF-D can promote the lymphangiogenesis and the lymphatic metastasis of malignancy,and antilymphangiogenesis therapy may be a novel potential strategy in tumor biological therapy. |
