经膀胱手术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱病变34例分析

目的:探讨前列腺增生合并膀胱病变的治疗方法、术前处理和手术要点并分析其疗效。方法:对34例前列腺增生合并膀胱病变患者的处理进行总结分析。结果:通过术前充分处理其合并症,经膀胱实施手术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱病变,34例患者手术过程均较为平稳,无一例发生严重并发症,术后随访,所有病例均排尿通畅无残余尿。结论:经膀胱手术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱病变,较经尿道手术操作更容易,能缩短手术时间,特别是能顺利处理经尿道不能完成的复杂的膀胱病变。

Transvesical Operation for the Treatment of Prostatic Hyperplasia Combining with Bladder Lesions(Analysis of 34 Cases)

Objective：To investigate the treatment,presurgery measure and manual operative point of prostatic hyperplasia combining with bladder lesions.Methods：The treatments of 34 patients with prostatic hyperplasia combining with bladder lesions were analyzed retrospectively.Results：After adequate pre-operation treatments to the complication,surgical operation were performed trough bladder for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia combining with bladder lesions.Procedure performed steadily and no severe complications were observed on all the 34 patients.The postoperative follow-ups showed all of them have had normal urination without residual urine. Conclusion：The transvesical operation is superior to transurethral operation in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia combining with bladder lesions,for the former operates more easily and can shorten operating time,especially when comes to those complex bladder lesions which cannot be treated successfully by transurethral operation.
