肾结石患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性变化及相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨肾结石患者红细胞膜Ca^2 -Mg^2 -ATP酶(Ca^2 -Mg^2 -ATPase)的活性变化与肾结石发生发展的相互关系。方法:参照Shalev法检测25名正常人和30例肾结石患者红细胞膜Ca^2 -Mg^2 -ATPase活性;采用原子吸收火焰法测定红细胞内Ca^2 和Mg^2 浓度,并进行比较分析。结果:肾结石患者红细胞膜Ca^2 -Mg^2 -ATPase活性明显增加,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);而其红细胞内Ca^2 含量明显下降,Mg^2 含量则明显升高(P均<0.01)。结论:肾结石患者红细胞膜Ca^2 -Mg^2 -ATPase活性异常增加可能是导致或加速肾结石发生发展的原因之一。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the changes of erythrocyte membrane ironic calcium and magnesium-ATPase activity in nephrolith, and the relativity which affects the occurrence and development of nephrolith. Methods: Adopting Shalev as described detecting erythrocyte membrane Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ -ATPase activity in 25 normal persons and 30 cases of nephrolith patients, erythrocyte Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ concentrations were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the results were compared. Results: Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ - ATPase activity significant increased in the nephrolith patients compared with that of control group with significant difference(P<0.01); Ca 2+ content in the erythrocyte decreased and Mg 2+ increased in nephrolith patients(P<0.01). Conclusion: The increase of Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ -ATPase activity in nephrolith patients could be one of factors to cause and accelerate nephrolith occurrence and development.
