传统文化在医院管理中的作用

加强医院的文化建设是医院管理者研究的课题之一,是促进医院发展的核心竞争力,中华传统文化承载着中华民族的优秀智慧。中华文明诞生于华夏九州,以农耕为本,形成了自身的特质。笔者在工作中尝试将传统文化理念体现在医院宣传工作中,就取得的成效进行探讨。

The Role of Traditional Culture in Hospital Management

Strengthening the cultural construction of hospitals is one of the research topics of hospital managers and the core competitiveness of promoting hospital development. Chinese traditional culture carries the excellent wisdom of the Chinese nation.Chinese civilization was born in Jiuzhou, Cathaysia. It takes farming as its foundation and forms its own characteristics. The author tries to embody the traditional cultural concept in the propaganda work of hospitals and achieves it. The effect is also discussed.
