摘    要:
本文报道某公司大气污染区134例8~13岁儿童外周血淋巴细胞转化率(淋转率)与对照区155例儿童淋转率比较,有高度显著性差异(P<0.001),表明大气污染区儿童的细胞免疫功能有所下降。并介绍一种测定淋转率的方法,用血量少(0.2ml)、操作简便、不需特殊设备,适于基层人群调查检测之用。

Abstract:
This paper reports the in vitro lympho-cyte transformation rate (LTR) of the peri-pheral blood of children in different airpollution areas of a steel complex.The annualair monitoring showed that the concentrationsof suspended particulates and SO_2 in thepolluted area were significantly higher thanthat in the control area.The average LTR of134 children, 8 to 13 yr of age in the pollutedarea was 62.38% and that of 155 children, 8to 13 yr of age in the control area was 68. 59%.There was a great significant difference ofLTR between the two groups of children (P<0. 001).The results showed that the cellularimmune function of the children in the pol-luted area was lower than that in the controlarea. But there was no sex difference betweenthe LTR of male and female children in thesame area. In this paper a simple, reliable and eco-nomic method for detecting LTR is introduced.It can be applied to mass survey at the basichealth units.
