Infertility: A simple, non-invasive method of Fallopian tube sperm perfusion

This case report describes a simple non-invasive method of Fallopiantube sperm perfusion using a paediatric Foley catheter, whichdoes not require cannulation of the Fallopian tube and can beperformed on an outpatient basis. The patient achieved an intra-uterinepregnancy with demonstrable fetal heart beats. Subsequently,use of this method in 29 treatment cycles in 14 women with unexplainedinfertility has resulted in six singleton and one twin ongoingclinical pregnancies.
