2004～2006年门源县结核病控制效果分析

目的:评价我县结核病控制工作成效。方法:主要采用因症就诊、线索调查等方式发现病人,免费提供抗结核药物,按照规定的化疗方案对病人采用全程督导管理(DOTS)策略治疗,根据结核病门诊登记本、实验室登记本、季报表和督导调查等资料进行效果分析。结果:2004年-2006年共接诊可疑结核病人1493人、拍片1332人、查痰1358人、查痰率90.90%,查出活动性肺结核383人,其中涂阳283人、涂阳病人检出率为20.84%,涂阳病人年龄组以25-64岁为最多,涂阳病人化疗满2个月阴转率为87.68%,满全疗程涂阳病人284例中治愈263例,治愈率为92.61%,其中初治涂阳治愈率为93.50%,复治涂阳治愈率为85.69%。全程督导管理数满全疗程结核病人284人,规则服药病人数279人,规则治疗率为98.23%。结论:结核病控制项目我县已取得较好成效,今后应加强结核病DOTS管理,规范治疗,就能够有效控制我县结核病发病。

Analysis effect of tuberculosis control in Men Yuan Coanty From2004to2006

Objective: To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control in my county. Methods:To mainly apply active consulting and clew investigation to detect the TB cases and provide free anti-tuberculosis drugs and directly observed treatment short course(DOTS) to TB cases according the chemical regimen. And carry-out effect analysis according the consulting registers, TB patient registers and laboratory register. Result: 1493 tuberculosis suspects were registered during 2004-2006 and 1332 of them got X-ray examined and 1358 got sputum examination ,the sputum examination rate was 90.90%.383 active tuberculosis cases and 283 sputum positive cases were detected respectively,the sputum positive cases detection rate was 20.84%,the age of the sputum positive cases ranged from 25 to 64 mainly,the conversion rate of the sputum positive cases after 2 months treatment was87.68%. Out of 284 sputum positive cases,263 were cured with a cure rate of 92.61%,the cure rate of the new sputum positive cases and re-treatment sputum positive cases was 93.50% and 85.69% respectively. 284 tuberculosis cases got supervision during the treatment term and 279 cases took drugs regularily,the regular treatment rate was 98.23%。Conclusion:A good effect on tuberculosis control has been gained in my county ,the tuberculosis can be controled in my county as long as the DOTS management and regular treatment can be strengthened in the future.
