| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育在儿科的实施及效果。方法对患儿及其家长进行病区制度、疾病护理、医疗保健常识宣教。结果加强了护患沟通,改善了病房管理,提高了患儿家长的满意度和护理人员的综合素质。结论对住院患儿实施健康教育有利于提高患儿及其家长的满意度,提高病房管理质量,是落实整体护理的一项重要内容。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the practice and effect of health education in pediatric department.Method Providing health education for the patients and parents including the rules of ward,disease related knowledge and health related knowledge.Result This practice strengthened nurse-patient com- munication,improved ward management,increased parents' satisfaction ,and improved nurses' comprehensive quality.Conclusion Health education plays an important role in carrying out holistic nursing in pediatric department,which is helful to increase parents' satisfaction and quailty of ward management. |
