狼毒属植物化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘    要:近年来,国内外学者对瑞香科Thymelaeaceae狼毒属Stellera植物的化学成分及药理活性进行了较为深入的研究,发现该属植物的化学成分主要包括萜类、香豆素、黄酮、木脂素及挥发油等化合物;药理学研究表明狼毒属植物中二萜及双黄酮成分具有抗肿瘤、抗HIV病毒以及免疫调节等方面的活性。该文对狼毒属植物的化学成分及药理活性方面的研究进行了系统综述,以期为该属植物活性物质的深入研究、药用价值的提升及其综合开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:Advance on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Stellera plants have been conducted. The chemical constituents include terpenes, coumarins, flavonoids, lignans, volatile oils, and other compounds. Pharmacological studies showed that diterpenoids and biflavones showed strong activities, such as antitumor, anti-HIV, and immune regulations. This review hopes to provide a scientific basis for further research and explorations of the medicinal values of the genus.
