丹红注射液对COPD动脉高压治疗作用的研究

目的探讨丹红注射液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺动脉高压治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对照组15例患者接受常规治疗,包括持续低流量吸氧、抗感染、化痰、解痉平喘、利尿及其他对症治疗;治疗组15例患者在常规治疗的基础上给予5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250mL中加入丹红注射液20mL,静脉滴注,每日1次,14d为1疗程,比较两组治疗前后的肺动脉压变化情况。结果两组的肺动脉收缩压均降低,两组治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论丹红注射液在COPD肺动脉高压的治疗中具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Study on Therapeutic Effect of Dan Hong Injection for Pulmonary Hypertension in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic significance of Dan Hong injection for pulmonary hypertension in COPD. Methods In control group, 15 patients accepted the conventional therapy. On the basis of the conventional treatment, 15 patients in the treatment group received Dan Hang injection （20mL） in 5% glucose injection （250mL） or in normal saline （250mL） ivgtt qd, with 14 days in each course. The pulmonary arterial pressure of two groups were compared. Results The pulmonary arterial pressure of two groups was reduced after treatment, and there was significant difference in the pulmonary arterial pressure between before and after treatment and between treatment group and control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dan Hong injection has a good clinical effect on pulmonary hypertension in COPD.
