| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的螺旋CT表现。方法回顾性分析12例经病理证实的腺性膀胱炎患者的螺旋CT表现。结果12例的CT影像学表现，病变形态呈结节状2例，菜花状1例，膀胱壁炎性反应增厚型8例，以及未见明确病变1例；钙化2例，增强扫描轻度强化。结论腺性膀胱炎的螺旋CT表现具有部分特征性，可作为早期发现病灶及随访的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the sprial CT imaging of cystitis glandularis.MethodsSprial CT findings in 12 patients with cystitis glandularis were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsOn CT images of 12 patients,the shape of laryngocarcinoma presented nodular lesions in 2 cases,cauliflower form in 1 case,thick-walled bladder in 8 cases,and indefinite laryngocarcinoma in 1 cases,calcification in 2 cases.There was slightly enhancement when contrast was given.ConclusionThe spiral CT performan of cystitis glandularis has the partial characteristic values,can be used as early discovery infection and the revisit method. |
