| 摘 要： | 介绍老年功能性便秘主要证型的辨证要点和临证方药。肺脾气虚型治宜补中益气汤加枳壳、桔梗等,肝血不足型治宜四物汤合一贯煎,肾阳亏虚型治宜济川煎加桂枝,肝郁气滞型治宜小柴胡汤加减。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the patterns of functional constipation and its key points for differentiation and medication. Patients of lung and spleen qi deficiency pattern should be treated by＂Buzhong Yiqi Decoction＂,Fructus Aurantii and Radix Platycodonis; patients of liver blood deficiency pattern should be treated by＂Siwu Decoction＂and＂Yiguan Deocoction＂; patients of liver depression and qi stagnation pattern should be treated by modified＂Xiao Chaihu Decoction＂. |
