我院临床药师参与抗菌药物分级管理效果分析

目的分析本院临床药师参与抗菌药物分级管理的效果，指导抗菌药物的合理使用。方法本院自2010年1月起广泛开展临床药师参与抗菌药物的分级管理工作，对住院部及门诊处抗菌药物的使用进行干预，参与“特殊使用”抗菌药物的会诊，并对抗菌药物的使用进行评估，以为临床合理用药提供参考。结果“特殊使用”的杭菌药物使用率较干预前明显降低，细菌耐药性有所下降。结论通过开展临床药师参与抗菌药物的分级管理工作，可加强医院对抗菌药物使用的监管，有效指导抗菌药物的合理使用，减少耐药菌的产生。

The effect of our hospital pharmacists involved in antimicrobial drug classification management

Objective To analyze the effect of hospital pharmacists involved in antimicrobial drug classification man- agement, in order to guide the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Classification management of antimicrobial drug involved in the clinical pharmacists was widely carried out since January 2010, and the use of antimicrobial drugs in inpatient departments and outpatient clinics were intervened. The clinical pharmacists participate in the con- sultation of the ＂special use＂ antibacterial drugs and assess the use of antimicrobial agents for providing a reference for the clinical use of drugs. Results The usage ＂special use＂ antimicrobial significantly became lower than before the intervention, and bacterial resistance was decreased. Conclusion Supervision for hospital use of antimicrobial drugs will be strengthened through hospital pharmacists involved in antimicrobial drug classification management. Use of an- timicrobial drugs is effectively guided and to the generation of resistant bacteria will be reduced.
