早期乳腺癌保乳手术并三位一体综合治疗分析

目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术并三位一体综合治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年1月～2011年11月早期乳腺癌患者87例,根据术式分为两组,43例患者采用改良根治术治疗为对照组,44例患者采用保乳手术并三位一体综合治疗为观察组,术后随访1年．比较两组患者的临床指征、1年生存情况、复发情况、并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组1年生存率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,观察组术后复发率高于对照组,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论保乳手术并三位一体综合治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果显著,对患者创伤小,术后恢复快,能有效保持乳房的美观效果。

Analysis of breast conserving operation and trinity comprehensive treat- ment for breast cancer in early stage

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of breast conserving operation and trinity comprehensive treat- ment for breast cancer in early stage. Methods Eighty-seven patients with breast cancer in early stage were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2011. According to the type of operation, patients were randomly divid- ed into two groups. 43 patients of control group were given modified radical mastectomy treatment, 44 patients of ob- servation group were given breast conserving operation and trinity comprehensive treatment. Patients were followed up for 1 year after operation. Clinical indications, 1 year survival rate, recurrence, complications were compared between two groups. Results Operation time, bleeding volume in operation, hospitalization time in observation group were sig- nificantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. 1 years survival rate, complication rate in observation group were lower than control group, postoperative recurrence rate in observation group was higher than control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Breast con- serving operation and trinity comprehensive treatment for breast cancer in early stage has significant clinical effect, which has minor trauma and rapid recovery after operation. That can effectively maintain the appearance of breast.
