| 摘 要： | 目的探讨藏西医结合治疗顽固性高血压病的临床疗效。方法对512例顽固性高血压患者分别用藏西医结合治疗及西医治疗进行临床疗效对比观察分析。结果藏西医结合组的疗效明显优于西医组，两组比较有差异，P〈0．005，说明有显著性。结论在合理选择西药的同时加用藏药珊瑚七十味治疗顽固性高血压，收到了降压稳定及较为确切的逆转左心室肥大、动脉硬化等靶器官损害的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Tibetan and western medicine in the treatment of resistant hypertension. Methods A total of 512 patients with resistant hypertension were treated with Tibetan combined with western medicine and western medicine alone respectively, and the clinical curative effects were compared, observed and analyzed. Results The efficacy, of Tibetan and western medicine group was better than the western medicine group, there was a statistically significant difference of the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion At the same time of choosing western medicine reasonably, adding 70 Tibetan medicines including coral in the treatment of resistant hypertension received the effects of stable decompression and more exact effects of reversing left ventricular hy- pertrophy, atherosclerosis and other target-organs damages |
