火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定牡蛎碳酸钙咀嚼片中钙的含量

摘    要:目的建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定牡蛎碳酸钙咀嚼片中钙的含量。方法采用钙空心阴极灯。检测波长:422.7nm,狭缝宽:0.7nm,灯电流:10mA,火焰类型:Air-C2H2,燃气流量:2.0L/min,助燃气流量:15.0L/min。结果钙元素浓度在2.4496-7.3488μg/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996,n=5),高、中、低3种浓度的平均加样回收率为98.S%,RSD值为0.85%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,可以用于牡蛎碳酸钙咀嚼片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To develop a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method for the content determination of Calcium in Oyster Shell Calcium Chewable Tablets. Methods Calcium hollow cathode lamp was used, the determined wavelength was 422.7 nm, the slit-width was 0.7 nm, the electric current of the light was 10 mA, the type of flame was Air-C2H2, the flow of burning gas was 2.0 L/min, and the flow rate of gas to help burn was 15.0 L/rain. Results The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2.449 6-7.348 8 μg/mL (r = 0.999 6, n = 5). The average recovery was 98.5% for the three different levels (high, medium and low) of the added amount of Calcium with RSD = 0.85% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Oyster Shell Calcium Chewable Tablets.
