Cable-Pin系统在粉碎性髌骨骨折中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨应用Cable—Pin系统治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法回顾本院2010年10月~2012年10月26例粉碎性髌骨骨折行Cable—Pin内固定手术。术中选择2枚Cable—Pin固定主要骨折块,将钢缆行“8”字固定,术后随访3~12个月,观察手术切口愈合情况,有无骨折不愈、移位、Cable—Pin松动、皮肤刺激,用Bost.man髌骨骨折疗效标准判定膝关节功能好坏。结果本组26例患者手术切口均I期愈合,无感染发生.骨折全部愈合,无螺钉松动和皮肤刺激等并发症。膝关节功能评定:30—28分16例,20—27分10例(用优良等表示),优良率为100%。结论Cable—Pin系统对粉碎性髌骨骨折固定牢固可靠,是治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的一种好方法。

The application of Cable-Pin system in comminuted fracture of patella

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Cable-Pin system in comminuted patella fracture. Methods Twenty six cases of the comminuted patella fracture were collected in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012. Two Cable-Pins were used to fix main bone blocks in the case of comminuted patella fracture, and wire ropes were fixed as "8". The follow-up was lasted 3-12 months. The surgical incision healing situation, had or without fracture, the shift, Cable-Pin loosening, skin irritation was observed, the knee function good or bad was judged with Bostman patella fracture efficacy. Results The incision were I period healing in all 26 cases, no infection, all fractures healed, no screw loose and skin irritation and complications. The knee function evaluation: 30 to 28 points in 16 cases, 20 to 27 points in 10 cases (such as with good said), the excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion Cable-Pin system for comminuted patella fracture fixed firm and reliable, and the treatment of comminuted patella fracture is a kind of good method.
