Cable-Pin系统在粉碎性髌骨骨折中的应用

目的探讨应用Cable—Pin系统治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法回顾本院2010年10月～2012年10月26例粉碎性髌骨骨折行Cable—Pin内固定手术。术中选择2枚Cable—Pin固定主要骨折块，将钢缆行“8”字固定，术后随访3～12个月，观察手术切口愈合情况，有无骨折不愈、移位、Cable—Pin松动、皮肤刺激，用Bost．man髌骨骨折疗效标准判定膝关节功能好坏。结果本组26例患者手术切口均I期愈合，无感染发生．骨折全部愈合，无螺钉松动和皮肤刺激等并发症。膝关节功能评定：30—28分16例，20—27分10例（用优良等表示），优良率为100％。结论Cable—Pin系统对粉碎性髌骨骨折固定牢固可靠，是治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的一种好方法。

The application of Cable-Pin system in comminuted fracture of patella

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Cable-Pin system in comminuted patella fracture. Methods Twenty six cases of the comminuted patella fracture were collected in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012. Two Cable-Pins were used to fix main bone blocks in the case of comminuted patella fracture, and wire ropes were fixed as ＂8＂. The follow-up was lasted 3-12 months. The surgical incision healing situation, had or without fracture, the shift, Cable-Pin loosening, skin irritation was observed, the knee function good or bad was judged with Bostman patella fracture efficacy. Results The incision were I period healing in all 26 cases, no infection, all fractures healed, no screw loose and skin irritation and complications. The knee function evaluation： 30 to 28 points in 16 cases, 20 to 27 points in 10 cases （such as with good said）, the excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion Cable-Pin system for comminuted patella fracture fixed firm and reliable, and the treatment of comminuted patella fracture is a kind of good method.
