| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊科心跳呼吸骤停复苏患者护理查房的体会。方法选取急诊科心跳呼吸骤停患者50例，分为对照组与观察组，给予观察组护理查房管理，对照组采用常规护理，不进行护理查房；对比两组的护理效果。结果通过护理查房，观察组患者的抢救成功率高于对照组，患者家属对护理工作满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经过护理查房，能够有效提高抢救成功率，值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the experience of carrying out emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients nursing round in Emergency department. Methods Fifty cases of patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest in emer- gency department were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group, observation group was given nursing rounds management, control group used conventional care and did not give nursing rounds; the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Through nursing rounds, the rescue success rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, patients＂ relatives satisfaction of nursing job in observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences of the two results were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion After nursing rounds, it will be able to enhance the salvage success rate effectively and it is worth for popularizing. |
