柳氮磺胺吡啶联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

目的探讨类风湿关节炎的治疗方法。方法对50例类风湿关节炎患者给予柳氮磺毗啶、甲氨蝶呤联合治疗。甲氨蝶呤（MTX）7．5-15．0mg每周1次，柳氮磺胺吡啶（SSZ）1．0g口服3次，d。疗程为1年。结果显效42例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为96％。出现上腹不适、恶心等消化道反应5例，均能耐受，不需要中断治疗。无效2例，分别为白细胞减少和肝功能损害者，改用其他药物治疗，病情控制好。结论柳氮磺胺吡啶、甲氨蝶呤联合治疗类风湿关节炎缓解率较高，且副作用较小，药源广泛，价格低廉，是一种比较理想的方案。

Efficacy observation of sulfa salazine combined with methotrexate in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the treatment methods for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Fifty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated with sulfasalazine and methotrexate combination therapy. 7.5-15.0 mg of methotrexate （MTX） was administrated once a week and 1.0 g of sulfasalazine （SSZ） was administrated orally 3 times a day. The treatment course was 1 year. Results Forty-two patients were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, with the total effective rate of 96%. Five patients had upper abdominal discomfort, nausea and other gastrointestinal reactions could tolerate the drugs and therefore did not require interruption of treatment. The two ineffective eases were leukopenia and hepatic dysfunction respectively, which were under good control after turning to other medications. Conclusion The sulfasalazine and methotrexate combination therapy has few side effects, extensive drug sources and low prices in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, thereby is an ideal solution.
