中西医结合治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效

摘    要:目的探讨中西医结合治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法选取60例踝关节骨折患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均行手术复位治疗后,对照组使用常规的西医抗感染、消肿等治疗,治疗组中医活血化瘀膏外敷治疗,观察两组患者的肿胀、疼痛等症状改善情况及疗效比较。结果治疗组疼痛、肿胀及功能障碍的症状积分明显比治疗前大为降低,与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义。治疗组的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的76.67%。结论中西医结合对于踝关节骨折的治疗有显著的改善,其疗效确切,值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical effect of anklebone fracture treated by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of anklebone fracture treated by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. Methods Sixty patients with anklebone fracture were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. All of them were treated by operation reduction. The conventional western medicine treatment such as anti-inflammation and detumescence was applied in control group, whereas Chinese medicine such as treatment of promoting circulation, removing stasis and external application were used in treatment group. The improvement status of plainness and swelling and effectiveness between two groups were observed and compared. Results The scores of plainness, swelling and dysfunction of patients in treatment group were remarkably decreased compared to that of pretreatment and post-treatment of control group. It had the statistical significance. The total effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group and it was obviously higher than 76.67% of control group. Conclusion The combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine can significantly improve the treatment on anklebone fracture. It has an identified effect and is worth promoting in clinic.
