| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预见性护理在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法对2010年1月-2011年12月在本院神经内科住院的1644例老年住院患者（年龄〉70岁）实施预见性护理，包括跌倒风险评估、告知、预防，以及一旦发生跌倒后的应急处理措施。结果实施预见性护理后住院患者跌倒发生率由0．54％降到0．12％，患者住院安全有了保障，护理服务质量显著提升。结论预见性护理可有效预防或减少住院患者跌倒的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of predictive nursing in the prevention of falls of elderly inpatients. Methods The predictive nursing was implemented among I 644 elderly inpatients （age 〉 70） in the neurology department of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011, and the predictive nursing included the risk assessment, inform and prevention of falls and the emergency treatment measures in the event of falls. Results After the implementation of predictive nursing, the incidence of falls dropped from 0.54% to 0.12%, the hospitalization security was guaranteed, and the quality of nursing services significantly improved. Conclusion The predictive nursing can effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of falls of the inpatients. |
