| 摘 要： | 目的探讨个性化护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例，干预组在常规护理的基础上根据影响患者生活质量的因素制订个性化护理方案，对照组采用常规护理方法，干预前后采用量表评价2组患者的生活质量。结果在干预后干预组患者在生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、健康自我认识等方面有明显的改善，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论个性化护理干预可以显著改善类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The intervention group adopted individualized nursing projects according to the influencing factors of life quality based on routine nursing. The control group received routine nursing only.The life quality of the two groups was appraised by inventory before and after intervention. Results The status such as physiological function,mental function,social function and self-recognized health in the intervention group was greatly ameliorated and was statistically different from that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention could dramatically improve the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis |
