Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of staged diabetes target management(SDTM) on type 2 diabetes with intensive insulin pump therapy. Methods From March 2019 to March 20 20, 54 inpatients with type 2 diabetes who received intensive insulin pump therapy in the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group, 27 patients were tracked and managed by SDTM system after discharge, while in the control group, 27patients received routine outpatient follow-up after discharge.The levels of FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1c before and 3, 6, 9 months after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, FPG( 6.90 ± 1.14) m m o l/L, 2hPG(10.02±1.67) mmol/L, HbA1c(6.89±0.91)% at 3 months,FPG(6.15±1.02) mmol/L, 2 hPG(8.86±1.40) mmol/L, HbA1c(6.26 ± 0.85) % a t 6 months, FPG(5.83±0.96) mmol/L, 2 hPG(8.23±1.24) mmol/L, HbA1c( 5.85 ± 0.90) % at 9 months in the experimental group, were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). At 3, 6, 9 months after intervention, the blood glucose control rate of the experimental group were 37.04%,77.78% and 100% respectively, which were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion After intensive insulin pump treatment of type 2 diabetes, SDTM system management can effectively improve the effect of blood glucose control and promote blood glucose reaching the standard.
