基于中国大学MOOC在线学习平台的医药卫生类线上课程的建设及应用情况分析

目的 通过收集整理中国大学MOOC在线学习平台线上课程信息，分析当前医药卫生类线上课程的建设及应用情况。方法 收集截至2021年6月30日中国大学MOOC（慕课）在线学习平台医药卫生类课程信息，对课程视频数、开课次数、学习人数、课程评价数及高校学科开设数进行汇总统计。结果 截至2021年6月30日，国内76所高校在MOOC平台开设了742门医药卫生类线上课程，可以进入本次研究的有665门，视频数最多的课程是南京中医药大学开设的《中药学》，有369节；开课次数最多的是四川大学开设的《太极拳医学》，自2014年11月至2021年6月开课20次；武汉大学开设的《营养学》学习人数最多，累计有677 767人参加学习；评价数最多的课程是中南大学开设的《高等学校师生新型冠状病毒肺炎防护指引》，开课两次就拥有7 192条课程评价；累计12所高校开设的《药理学》，是各院校开设最多的线上课程；山东大学开设了62门线上课程，成为开设医药卫生类线上课程最多的高校。结论 部分院校医药卫生类线上课程的建设及应用已经发展到较高水平，但大多数高校仍需借鉴高质量线上课程建设的成功经验，加快推进信息化教学改革。

Analysis on the Construction and Application of Online Medical and Health Courses Based on MOOC Platform

Objective To analyze the current construction and application of online medical and health courses by collecting and sorting online course information on MOOC platform.Methods The information of medical and health courses on MOOC online learning platforms in Chinese universities was collected,as of June 30,2021 and the number of course videos,the number of courses,the number of students,the number of course evaluations and the number of courses offered in each university were summarized and analyzed statistically.Results As of June 30,2021,76 universities in China have opened 742 online courses of medicine and health on the MOOC platform,of which 665 were selected for this article.The course with the most videos is“Chinese Medicine”offered by Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which has 369 videos.The most frequently offered course is“Tai Chi Medicine”offered by Sichuan University,which was offered 20 times from November 2014 to June 2021.“nutrition”opened Wuhan University has the largest number of students,totally 677767 people participate in the course.The course with the highest number of evaluation is“Guidelines for The Protection of Teachers and Students from COVID-19 in Universities”offered by Central South University,which has 7192 course evaluations after the first two courses.A total of 12 universities have opened pharmacology,which has become the most online course offered by all universities.Shandong University has opened 62 online courses,making it become the largest university offering online courses in medicine and health.Conclusion The construction and application of medical and health online courses in some colleges and universities have been developed to high level.But most universities still need to learn the successful experience of high-quality online course construction to accelerate the informatization teaching reform.
