| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tranexamic acid combined with Q-switch 1064 nm Laser in the treatment of chloasma.Methods Cases with chloasma were divided into two groups.Cases in experimental group were treated with tranexamic acid combined with Q-switch 1064 nm Laser,cases in controlled group were treated with tranexamic acid only.The clinical therapy effect and the adverse reaction were evaluated after treatment.Results After 4 times of treatment,7 cases were cured,18 cases were noticeable effective,19 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective.There was significant difference between the experimental group and controlled group.Conclusions Tranexamic acid combined with Q-switch 1064 nm Laser was safe and effective in the treatment of chloasma,and the adverse reaction was rare. |
