Clinical Application of Nursing Safety Management in Delivery Room in Parturient Women

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of nursing safety management in delivery room. Methods From January to December 2020, a total of 600 cases of puerpera who voluntarily participated in this clinical study were selected as the observation and analysis objects of this clinical trial. According to the digital random method, the 600 cases of puerpera were divided into the control group and the observation group with 300 cases in each group;300 cases in the control group were given routine basic nursing management, and 300 cases in the observation group were given routine basic nursing management The natural delivery rate, neonatal Apgar score, hospitalization time and nursing quality score of the two groups were compared, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The natural delivery rate was 92.67%, much higher than 77.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The neonatal Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group, and the nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 97.33% and 75.00%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The delivery room nursing safety management applied to maternal delivery nursing management, can significantly improve the natural delivery rate and neonatal Apgar score, improve the delivery room nursing quality score and maternal nursing satisfaction, help to shorten the maternal hospitalization time, it is worth promoting in clinical application.
