中医综合疗法治疗手部深度烧伤创面的临床效果

目的 探讨中医综合疗法治疗手部深度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法 选择2018年8月至2020年8月本院收治的106例手部深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医综合疗法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗21 d后,观察组的创面愈合率高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组的创面愈合时间短于对照组,VSS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的创面愈合总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗3个月后,观察组的EGF、PDGF阳性细胞数高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗3个月后,观察组的触觉、痛觉、运动评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗3个月后,观察组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论中医综合疗法治疗手部深度烧伤创面的效果较好,可提高创面愈合率,缩短创面愈合时间,改善瘢痕外观,促进手部功能恢复,降低血清炎性因子水平,值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of deep burn wounds of hand

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of deep burn wounds of hand.Methods A total of 106 patients with deep burn of hands treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 21 d of treatment,the wound healing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the VSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the number of EGF and PDGF positive cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the tactile,pain and motor scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of deep burn wounds of hand has better effect.It can improve the wound healing rate,shorten the wound healing time,ameliorate the scar appearance,promote the recovery of hand function and reduce the serum inflammatory factors levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
