股骨颈疝窝的影像学诊断

目的分析股骨颈疝窝的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析8例股骨颈疝窝的X线平片、HRCT资料，全部病例均行X线、CT检查。结果8例股骨颈疝窝，其中单侧7列，双侧1列，共9个病灶；病灶均位于股骨头基底部或股骨颈前外侧皮质下，X线平片表现为囊性低密度灶，周边环以均匀薄壁硬化圈，CT表现伴清晰均匀薄层硬化圈的低密度灶。结论股骨颈疝窝具有特征性发病部位及影像学表现，X线及CT能明确诊断。

Imaging diagnosis of herniation pit of femoral neck

Objective To discuss imaging diagnosis of herniation pit of the femoral neck. Methods Eight cases of herniation pits of the femoral neck diagnosed by clinical imaging were analyzed retrospectively. Results Eight herniation pits of the femoral neck were diagnosed. Total of 9 lesions were found in all patients, lesions of 7 cases were displayed on one-side, while bilateral lesions were showed in one case. X-ray and CT both showed a well-defined lesion of cystic attenuation surrounded by thin clear sclerotic rim under the base of femoral head or anterior cortical of the femoral neck. Conclusion CT and X-ray can make correct diagnosis for herniation pits of the femoral neck according to specific location of lesions and image appearance.
