黄芪注射液治疗肺源性心脏病急性期疗效观察

目的：观察黄芪注射液治疗肺源性心脏病（肺心病）急性期疗效。方法：６４例肺心病患者随机分为２组。治疗组３８例在常规西药治疗基础上加补气中药黄芪注射液，与对照组２６例单纯常规西药治疗进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组总有效率９２．１％，对照组总有效率６９．２％，Ｐ＜０．０５；并且全血粘度、血浆粘度治疗后２组比较亦有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：黄芪注射液具有显著改善肺心病急性期心力衰竭及降低血粘度的作用，临床疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗，且无毒副作用

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of astragalus injection on cor pulmonale during acute phase

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of astragalus injection on cor pulmonale during acute phase.Methods:Sixtyfour cases of cor pulmonale were divided randomly into 2 groups.The treatment group (38 cases) was treated with astragalus injection on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy;the control group (26 cases) was treated with conventional western medicine therapy alone,then to compare the efficacy.Results:The total effective rates were 92 1% and 69 2% in treatment group and control group respectively;the value of blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were changed obviously after therapy between 2 groups (all P <0 05).Conclusions:Astragalus injection can improve symptoms of heart failure induced by cor pulmonale during acute phase,decrease blood viscosity,therefore it has better therapeutic efficacy and superior to treat with western drug alone.
