| 摘 要： | 目的：总结封闭式负压引流技术治疗糖尿病足的护理方法。方法：将我科2007年3月至2009年10月22例按Wagner分级法均为2级以上糖尿病足患者通过局部清创、封闭式负压引流技术治疗及护理。结果：19例一次性治愈，坏疽创面完全愈合，已形成痂皮或疤痕。有效率达到86％。结论：实施全面系统的护理措施能提高封闭式持续负压引流技术治疗的成功率，从而增加糖尿病足的治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the nursing method for the treatment of diabetic foot by closed vacuum drainage.Methods： 22 cases of Grade I1 -1W diabetic foot from March 2007 to October 2009 in our department were treated with local debridement,closed vacuum drainage and nursing care.Results：19 cases were cured by one course,all the wound surface gangrene were healed and crusts or scars formed.Effective rate was 86%. Conclusion： Comprehensive and systematic nursing intervention can increase the successful rate of the treatment of diabetic foot by closed vacuum drainage. |
