德阳市区老年人H型高血压的分布情况及相关危险因素分析

目的]探讨德阳市区老年人h型高血压的流行病学特点及相关危险因素.方法]采用分层随机抽样的原则选择德阳市区内≥60岁的常驻居民2100人进行问卷调查、血压测量及实验室检查,了解h型高血压发病率,并采用多因素Logisitic回归分析其危险因素.结果]德阳市区老年人H型高血压患病率为32.71%(687/2100),男性、女性h型高血压患者在吸烟率、饮酒率、嗜荤率、空腹血糖(FPG)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)上相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).单因素分析显示老年人H型高血压发生与高血压病程、吸烟、嗜盐、嗜荤、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)有关;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟、嗜荤、高hcy血症是老年h型高血压发生的独立危险因素.结论]德阳市区≥60岁老年人H型高血压的检出率较高,与吸烟、嗜荤、高hcy血症密切相关,是疾病发生独立危险因素.

Distribution and Risk Factors of Type H Hypertension in the Elderly in Deyang Area

Objective]To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of type H hypertension in the elderly in Deyang.Methods] Two thousand and one hundred residents more than 60 years in the city of Deyang were se-lected for the questionnaire.Blood pressure measurement and laboratory were investigated using stratified random sam-pling principle to understand the incidence of type H hypertension,and the risk factors were analyzed by multivariate Lo-gisitic regression.Results]The prevalence of type H hypertension in the urban elderly in Deyang was 32.71%(687/2100).In men and women with type H hypertension,there was significant difference in smoking rate,alcohol consump-tion rate,addicted to meat rate,fasting blood glucose(GLU),uric acid(UA)and creatinine(Cr)(P<0.05).Univari-ate analysis showed that the onset of type H hypertension in the elderly was related to the duration of hypertension, smoking rate,addicted to meat and salt rate,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and plasma homocysteine(Hcy).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking and high Hcy were independent risk factors for type H hypertension in elderly patients.Conclusion] The detection rate of type H hypertension in elderly peo-ple over 60 years of age in Deyang is higher,which is closely related to smoking,addicted to meat rate and high Hcy. These are independent risk factors for the disease.
