血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死的临床观察

目的观察血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将70例脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组使用肠溶阿司匹林、自由基清除剂、脑细胞保护剂治疗,并根据病情酌情给予降糖、控制血压、控制颅内压等对症处理。治疗组在以上治疗的基础上给予血栓通注射液300～450 mg溶于0.9%生理盐水中静脉滴注,每日1次,15 d为1个疗程;15天后评定疗效。于治疗前后各进行1次临床神经功能缺损程度评分及血液流变学检测。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,血液流变学指标较治疗前及对照组有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论血栓通注射液可促进神经功能恢复,显著降低血粘度。

THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF XUESHUANTONG INJECTION ON CEREBRAL INFARCTION

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xueshuantong injection on cerebral infarction.Methods 70 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group used enteric coated aspirin,ree radical scavenger and brain cell protectant,and were given the measures of proper glucose-lowering,blood pressure control and the control of intracranial pressure.Besides these measures,the treatment group was given 300～450 mg of Xueshuantong injection in 0.9% normal aline,once per day,15 days as a course of treatment.The clinical nerve functional impairment defects was evaluated and the hemorheology test was performed once for each group before and after the treatment.Results The treatment group＇s total effective rate was obviously higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,and the hemorheological indices were obviously different before and sfter the treatment and when compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Xueshuantong injection can promote neurological recovery,and can significantly reduce blood viscosity.
