| 中老年牙周病患者73例临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中老年牙周病的具体特点及其有效的防治措施。方法通过对73例患有牙周病的中老年人的牙周袋深度,附着丧失程度进行分析,并利用X线对其牙周进行扫描,找出病变部位及特征。结果 73例患者中大部分表现为复合牙周袋,牙槽骨吸收1/2以上;小部分伴牙髓充血,牙髓炎等牙髓病变,几乎均患有全身疾病或伴有不良习惯等。结论中老年牙周病除采取医疗技术措施外,还需针对其全身慢性疾病进行治疗,并纠正其不良习惯。 |
