| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨无创伤修复技术在儿童乳牙龋治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2008年6月—2010年6月收治的乳牙龋患儿120例（227颗龋齿）,按随机数字表法分为观察组（60例,107颗龋齿）和对照组（60例,110颗龋齿）。观察组采用无创修复技术（ART）,对照组采用高速涡轮钻。比较2组患儿治疗合作情况和修复成功率。结果：观察组合作率（91.7%）显著高于对照组（65.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;术后6个月时,观察组成功率为95.1%（97/102）,对照组成功率为86.4%（89/103）,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术后12个月时,观察组成功率为87.6%（85/97）,对照组成功率为73.5%（72/98）,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;ART修复成功率：单面洞龋（97.1%）〉双面洞龋（90.9%）〉复面洞龋（85.7%）,但3者并无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：无创伤修复技术操作方便,损伤小,患儿合作率高。 |
