溃疡性结肠炎活动指数的临床应用评价

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎活动指数(UCAI)在患者疾病活动程度评价中的临床价值。方法选择明确诊断的溃疡性结肠炎240例,计算Truelove-Witts分度和UCAI,分析两种评价方法的相关性。结果 240例Truelove-Witts分度分为轻度组78例,中度组57例,重度组105例。依据UCAI值判定轻度活动127例,中度活动16例,重度活动97例。240例UCAI与Truelove-Witts分度符合率为轻度组97.43%、中度组21.05%、重度组81.90%。UCAI与Truelove-Witts分度的符合率与疾病活动程度存在关联,轻度和重度患者二者的关联明显增加。结论 UCAI可用于轻度和重度溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病活动程度的临床评价。

Clinical Significance of Ulcerative Colitis Activity Index
