| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿先心病的外科治疗及护理效果。方法体外循环手术375例,非体外循环手术18例,其中急症和限期手术34例。严密观察患儿神志、瞳孔和生命体征,做好各项护理。结果 393例患儿,术后存活374例,存活率为95.2%;死亡19例,病死率为4.8%,其中急症和限期手术病死率为8.8%。结论先心病应尽早手术治疗;反复发生肺炎、心衰、内科治疗无效的患儿应实施急症手术;加强患儿心脏手术期间肺保护及围手术期肺部并发症的防治与护理是提高存活率的关键。
