| 摘 要： | 目的探讨髋臼隐匿性骨折适宜的影像学诊断方法,提高其诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析48例髋臼隐匿性骨折CT与X线平片影像学资料,评价CT与X线平片检查对髋臼隐匿性骨折的诊断率。结果本组48例按Letournel分类,骨折位于髋臼前壁16例、后壁14例、前柱8例、后柱10例。CT检查诊断髋臼隐匿性骨折48例,诊断率100.0%;X线平片检查疑有髋臼隐匿性骨折28例,诊断率58.3%。结论 CT检查对髋臼隐匿性骨折的诊断率明显高于X线平片检查,X线平片检查可作为髋臼隐匿性骨折的初筛方法,CT检查则可为髋臼隐匿性骨折及其伴随损伤提供更准确的诊断信息。
