卵巢透明细胞癌的临床特点及预后分析

目的：探讨卵巢透明细胞癌的临床特点和影响其预后的因素。方法：回顾分析96例卵巢透明细胞癌患者的临床资料。结果：发病年龄较轻（55岁及以下者占80．2％），早期患者占大多数（71．9％）。国际妇产科协会（FIGO）分期I期者5年生存率为71．9％，II期者为50．0％，III期者为23．8％，IV期者为0．0％。合并子宫内膜异位症者高达50．0％。5年生存率与患者年龄、肿瘤病理学类型、化疗方案无关，而与肿瘤分期FIG0分期、术前糖链抗原125（CA125）值是否高于150U／mL、肿瘤细胞减灭术满意程度、化疗方案的疗程是否足够有关。结论：早期卵巢透明细胞癌患者多见，易合并子宫内膜异位症，总体生存率低。早期发现疾病并进行理想的肿瘤细胞减灭术、术后足够疗程的化疗可望改善预后。

Clinical Characteristics and Prognostic Factors of Ovarian Clear Cell Carcinoma
