| 摘 要： | 目的：研究Hybrid Coat牙本质保护膜对全冠修复中活髓牙的脱敏作用。方法：50例患者84颗活髓牙随机分为3组（牙本质保护膜组、高露洁专效防酸牙膏组和空白对照组），每组28颗。术后1周和1个71复诊，评价牙本质保护膜组和对照组的牙本质敏感程度。结果：术后1周及1个月，牙本质保护膜组有明显的脱敏作用，与高露洁组和空白对照组均有显著差异（P〈0．05），而高露洁组与空白对照组间无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：Hybridcoat牙本质保护膜能有效防止牙备后的牙本质敏感。 |
