| 摘 要： | 鼻腔、鼻窦经手术病理证实的内翻乳头状瘤３３例，１１例行ＣＴ检查。本组ＣＴ特征（１）不同程度强化占５／１１例；（２）多部位受累，累及二个及以上部位占１０／１１例；（３）骨质破坏不明显。与以往文献报道略有不同。文内还探讨了其临床特征，ＣＴ检查价值及鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | cases of inverted papilloma proved surgicopathologically were reviewed. CT examination was done in 11 cases. CT features include:(1) soft tissue tumors were variently enhanced (5/11);(2) nasal cavity and nasal sinuse involved in the meantime (10/11);(3) bone destruction was not apparant. Clinical features and differential diagnosis were discussed. |
