摘    要:
目的:研究子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)患者血清和腹腔液中sICAM-1的水平,分析在这两种体液中sICAM-1水平的相关性以及sICAM-1与疾病期别的关系,探讨血清sICAM-1诊断内异症的临床价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测30例内异症和30例非内异症患者血清和腹腔液中sICAM-1的水平。结果:①内异症组sI-CAM-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);②内异症早期sICAM-1水平较晚期高(P<0.05);③血清和腹腔液中sICAM-1水平正相关(r=0.662,P<0.05);④血清sICAM-1检测内异症的敏感性和特异性分别是0.6和0.867。结论:sICAM-1可能参与了内异症的炎症过程,血清sICAM-1水平可作为内异症的早期诊断标志之一。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the levels of soluble intracellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in serum and peritoneal fluid(PF) of patients with or without endometriosis(EMs),and to discuss the clinic significance of serum sICAM-1 in pelvic endometriosis.Methods: Levels of sICAM-1 were detected by an enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA),and were compared between EMs and controls in serum and in PF.Results: ① Significantly higher sICAM-1 levels in serum and PF were observed in patients with EMs than those in controls(P<(0.05);)② Levels of sICAM-1 in serum and PF were significant differences between different stages of EMs,and in the early stage was higher than in the advanced stage(P<0.05);③ there was a correlation between levels of sICAM-1 in serum and PF(r=0.662,P<0.05);④ the sensitivity and specificity of serum sICAM-1 in detecting peritoneal endometriosis were 0.6 and 0.867,respectively.Conclusion: The sICAM-1 may participate in the inflammatory process in endometriosis.Serum concentrations of sICAM-1 seem to be the effective indicator for the diagnosis of endometriosis.
