| 摘 要： | Fas/FasL均是细胞表面受体。Fas与FasL结合后可以导致细胞凋亡,当机体发生肿瘤时,肿瘤细胞表面Fas表达下调,有时甚至出现FasL的表达,不但削弱了阳性淋巴细胞的攻击能力,而且赋予了肿瘤细胞杀伤免疫细胞的能力,即肿瘤免疫逃逸。这一机制在皮肤肿瘤的发生发展中也有相当重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Both Fas and FasL are cellular surface receptors,and Fas conjugated with FasL may induce cellular apoptosis.Sometimes skin cancer cellular Fas expression is depleted,even FasL appears on cellular surface,which not only decreases attacking ability of positive lymphocytic cells,but also makes skin cancer cells killing immune cells,that is called immune escape,whose mechanisms play an important role in skin cancer development. |
