| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细菌性肝脓肿(pyogenic liver abscess,PLA)的发病因素及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院从1990年~2006年收治的101例PLA患者临床资料。结果33例(32.67%)合并糖尿病(DM),19例(18.8%)属胆源性,34例(33.66%)为隐源性;穿刺引流45例(44.55%),手术引流13例(12.87%),内科治疗43例(42.57%)。结论目前PLA发病因素已发生改变,主要由DM合并感染及隐源性引起,胆源性PLA亦占重要地位;疗法选择根据患者的情况以及脓肿的情况而异。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the cause and treatment methods of pyogenic liver abscess(PLA)in recent years.Methods One hundred and one cases with PLA treated in Mindong hospital from 1990 to 2006 were analysed retrospectively.Results Thirty-three cases(32.67%)complicated diabetes mellitus(DM),19 cases(18.8%)were gall derived,and 34 cases(33.66%)were cryptogenic;45 cases(44.55%)were treated with percutaneous aspiration,13 cases(12.87%)were treated with operation aspiration,43 cases(42.57%)received medical treatment,and all were cured.Conclusion The cause of PLA has been changed current,and DM complicating infection and cryptogenic are the major factors,while gall derived PLA is also important.Treatment methods should be chosen individually and of obscess condition. |
