| 老年人血循环中内皮素和内源性类洋地黄素与高血压的关系 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：研究高血压老年患者血循环中血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）和血清内源性类洋地黄素（ＥＤＦ）的变化及其临床意义。方法：采用放射免疫方法，分别测定４１例高血压老年患者和３５名正常老年人的ＥＴ和ＥＤＦ浓度。结果：高血压老年患者血浆ＥＴ和血清ＥＤＦ浓度明显高于正常老年人（Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５）；服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂的患者，血浆ＥＴ浓度明显低于服用钙拮抗剂治疗的患者（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）；合并有左心室肥厚的老年高血压患者血清ＥＤＦ浓度明显高于单纯高血压的老年患者（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。结论：血循环中ＥＴ和ＥＤＦ在高血压的发病机制中起重要作用，血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂的降压作用可能与降低血浆ＥＴ有关，血清ＥＤＦ浓度升高与高血压左心室肥厚的形成有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:The plasma endothelin(ET)and the serum endogenous digitalis-like factor(EDF)levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 4l aged patients with hypertension and 35 aged controls.Results:The plasma ET and the serum EDF levels in these patients were significantly higher than that in controls.The plasma ET level in those patients after ACE inhibitors treatment was significantly lower than those after calcium antagonists treatment.The serum EDF level in patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)was significantly higher than those without LVH,Conclution:The ET and EDF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension and hypertensive LVH. |
