通冠胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型不稳定性心绞痛的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察通冠胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型不稳定性心绞痛疗效特征。方法:气虚血瘀型不稳定性心绞痛患者58例,分为通冠胶囊治疗组34例和复方丹参片对照组24例,疗程8周。结果:通冠胶囊治疗组心绞痛发作频率和程度及硝酸甘油消耗量、中医证候好转、活动平板运动试验诱发心绞痛所需时间和诱发ST段下降所需运动量以及运动耐量提高等均显著性优于复方丹参片对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通冠胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型不稳定性心绞痛能有效治疗心绞痛发作,并且有效改善气虚血瘀的中医证候。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Tongguan capsule on treated unstable angina was examined. Methods:58 patients of Qixuxueyu unstable angina were devided into Tongguan capsule group (34) and Salvia Miltiorrhiz tabatole group (24),and the patients were treated for 8 weeks.Results:It was significantly superier in Tongguan capsule group than in Salvia Miltiorrhiz tabatole group,which unstable angina attacked and Carbonite tablature wasted and TCM syndrome mended (P<0.05).The former was better than the later at required time of induction unstable angina attacked and motive quantity of induction ST segments descended and campaign tolerance raised during exercise tolerance text (P<0.05).Conclusion:This study proves that Tongguan capsule may prevent Qixuxueyu unstable angina attacks and may make progress in TCM syndrome.
