网络下的护士站常见问题及对策

为探讨护士站与医生站连网后常见的问题及对策，跟踪检查1334份在架及出院病历，根据头屯河区中心医院《电子病历管理制度》、《HIS系统运行中护士站操作规程》等要求，分析应用过程中出现的问题。结果发现：网络管理中心对护士相关知识培训不到位；护士站人员应用程序不熟练，存在管理漏洞；护士站没有严格按照操作规程工作；医护沟通不到位。由此得出结论，加强护士站相关知识培训，完善护士站安全管理，增强法制观念，严格审核，成立安全管理小组，是减少护士站问题频次。达到计算机网络安全的有效方法。

Common Problems and Countermeasures of Nurse Workstation in Networks

This article is to discuss common problems and countermeasures after networking between nurse workstation and doctor workstation, track and check 1334 on-shelf and discharge medical records, and analyze problems in application process according to requirements by Toutunhe Central Hospital, such as Electronic Medical Record Management System, Operating Rules for Nurse Workstation in HIS System Operation, etc. Results show there is insufficient training on nurse related knowledge by network management center, unskilled programs application by staff in nurse workstation, management loopholes, relaxed implementation of operating rules in nurse workstation and poor communication between doctors and nurses. Hence it can be concluded that, related knowledge training enhancement for nurse workstation, perfection of nurse workstation safety management, legal sense strengthening, and strict verification of safety management team are effective methods to reduce problem frequency of the nurse workstation so as to realize computer network safety.
