出租车司机脂肪肝危险因素探讨

[目的 ]探讨脂肪肝在出租车司机中患病率及其危险因素 ,为其职业保健工作提供依据。 [方法 ]对上海市出租汽车公司的 5 788名驾驶员健康体检 ,并进行流行病学统计分析。 [结果 ]脂肪肝患病率为 11 9%。单因素相关分析表明 :脂肪肝与体重指数 (BMI) ,高脂血症、糖尿病等 11项指标密切相关。Logistic回归分析发现 ,高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压、胆石症等 7项指标与脂肪肝发病密切相关。 [结论 ]脂肪肝已成为一种出租车司机的常见病及多发病 ,而肥胖、高脂血症、糖尿病等与其发病有关

The Risk Factors for Fatty Liver in Taxi Drivers

To probe into the prevalence and risk factors for fatty liver in taxi drivers to improve occupational health care. 5 788 Shanghai taxi drivers were under an ultrasonic survey of the liver by epidemiological survey and analysis. The prevalence of fatty liver was 11 9%. Single variant regression analysis showed there were positive correlations between prevalence of fatty liver and 11 risk factors as BMI,hyperlipidemia,and diabetes mellitus. Multiple variant regression analysis showed there were positive correlations between prevalence of fatty liver and 7 risk factors as hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,hyperlipidemia,and gallstone. [Conclusion] There is high prevalence of fatty liver among certain populations of taxi driver and obesity,hyperlipidemia,diabetes melllitus are closely relevant to fatty liver.
