| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑梗死体积变化的影响。方法 采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血 大鼠模型,以步长脑心通为对照,于脑缺血6、12、24、48 h动态观察中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑梗死体积的影 响。结果 与假手术组比较,局灶性脑缺血6 h,梗死灶迅速扩大(P<0．01),随缺血时间延长,局灶性脑缺血大鼠梗 死灶体积缓慢进展,至48 h,梗死灶略有缩小(P<0．01);与模型组比较,各治疗组梗死灶体积均有不同程度降低, 高剂量组最为显著(P<0．05或P<0．01)。结论 中风康可缩小梗死灶体积,减轻局灶性脑梗死引起的缺血性损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Zhongfengkang on the infarct volume of focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread. Compared with Buchangnaoxintong, the effect of Zhongfengkang on infarct volume of focal cerebral ischemia rats were observed in 6, 12, 24, 48 h after cerebral ischemia. Results Compared with sham operation group, in 6 h after cerebral ischemia, infarct volume increased rapidly (P<0.01). With time of cerebra ischemia extending, the infarct volume of focal cerebral ischemia rats devoloped slowly. However, infarct volume deflate in 48 h after cerebral ischemia (P<0.01). Compared with model group of the same time, the infarct volume of each treatment groups were decreased, and the high dose group is markedly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Through reducing infarct volume, Zhongfengkang could reduce damage of cerebral ischemia effectively. |
