胫骨平台骨折的内固定治疗

目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折内固定治疗方法的选择和疗效。方法:自2000年7月至2005年10月收治胫骨平台骨折82例,根据Schatzker分型予以不同内固定治疗。结果:经术后6~42个月随访。根据Merchant评分标准:优55例,良15例,中8例,差4例,优良率为85.4%。结论:根据胫骨平台骨折的特点选择不同的内固定方式,解剖复位、可靠固定、适时早期功能锻炼是获得良好手术效果的关键。

Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fracture with Internal Fixation

Objective: To explore the option of internal fixation treatment of the tibial plateau fracture.Method: From July 2000 to October 2005,82 patients with tibial plateau fractures were treated surgically in our hospital.According to Schatzker system,to treatment with different internal fixation.Result: With the 6-42 months follow-up after the opereation.According to Merchant score for functional results of Knee joint.The excellentwere 55 cases,the good 15 cases,the common 8 cases,the bad 4 cases.Theexcellent and good rate was 85.4%.Conclusion: To make individual internal fixation according to the character of the tibial plateau fracture.The key to the satisfited results of the surgical treatment of tiboial plateau fracture by the anatomic properly reduce and the early post-surgical exercise.
