雌激素受体基因多态性与子宫肌瘤的关系

目的探讨雌激素受体-α（ERα）基因多态性与成都地区子宫肌瘤发生的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术,对102例子宫肌瘤患者和100名对照组人群ERα基因PvuII位点和XbaI位点多态性进行分析。结果 PvuII位点和XbaI位点多态性在肌瘤组和对照组中的分布差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 ERα基因PvuII位点和XbaI位点多态性与成都地区子宫肌瘤发病风险无相关性。

Association between Estrogen receptor-alpha gene polymorphism and uterine leiomyomas

Objective To evaluate the association between the presence of uterine leiomyomas and two functional single nucleotide polymorphisms of the estrogen receptor alpha gene.Methods PVUⅡ and XbaI genotypes of ERα gene were detected with the methods of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）in a case-control study,including 102 cases of uterine leiomyomas and 100 cases as controls.Results Comparing women with uterine leiomyomas and controls,no statistically significant differences with respect to allele frequency and genotype distribution were ascertained for the ERα polymorphism （P0.05）.Conclusion ERα gene polymorphism is not associated with the susceptibility to uterine leiomyomas in Chengdu aera.
